Destinations Served:
DirtCheapBoxes ships to all UPS Ground Service destinations within the Continental United States. We do not currently ship to Canada, Overseas, APO/FPO addresses or via the US Postal Service to destinations outside the United States.
Shipping:
DirtCheapBoxes ships primarily via UPS Ground Home Delivery Service.
Orders over $100: Free Ground Shipping*
Orders under $100: $19 Shipping Charge
All other shipments (next day, 2nd day, etc) will incur appropriate charges.
*Free shipping does not apply to the following states: WA, OR, MT, ID, UT, AZ, NV, CA. Orders will be charged a $40 fee.
Order Processing:
Orders received before 10:00am Eastern Standard Time will be processed the same day. All other orders will be processed the next business day. When your order ships you will receive e-mail confirmation. All orders placed on recognized national holidays and weekends will be processed on the next business day.
Return Policy:
Prior to returning material to DirtCheapBoxes, please contact our Customer Service Center at 1-888-BOXES-30 for return material authorization. Orders returned to DirtCheapBoxes without prior authorization will be subject to a $25.00 handling charge.
DirtCheapBoxes reserves the right to bill customers for all freight costs on any returned order and a $25.00 handling charge on orders returned with prior authorization.
Credit will be issued on returned orders to the charge card on file for the value of all materials returned less the freight and handling charges.
